This is a two-day consecutive training for new providers. This is not a recertification training.

Mandt training is a comprehensive approach designed to teach caregivers, educators, and human services professionals strategies for preventing, de-escalating, and safely responding to challenging behaviors. The focus is on building healthy relationships, promoting safety, and ensuring dignity and respect for everyone involved, emphasizing proactive and non-physical interventions whenever possible.
